• The set of MX electric belt furnaces for welding chains, braze welding and heat treatment in deoxidizer atmosphere, is made up of models, with a chamber width of 55 to 140 mm, which can use different kinds of belt , according to the work to be done.
• The small size, made possible by the use of special vacuum insulating ceramic-fibre materials and by the original building tecnique, makes this furnace an instrument easy to be placed in any work environment as it is also possible to put several modules side by side.
• If required, the ammonia dissociator is set in the machine bed. It is equipped with a catalyzing retort made with Inconel 600 weldless tubes which assure the maximum efficiency and the long-lasting of the catalyst.
• The special floating treatment chamber is built using certified super refractory steel, particular patented building and assembling devices that guarantee the indeformability and the long lasting: Cooling double-interspaced chamber with a safety heat sensor that stops the conveyor belt in case of coolant lack. A special automatic interception devices interrupts the deoxiding gas flow, in case of emergency. Automatic deoxiding gas light sistem.
