MELTING AND GRANULATION MACHINE IS 1000 Designed to melt and granulate precious metals. This equipment with its specially designed low frequency generator with high efficiency and low operating frequency of 7-8 kHz makes it possible to treat special alloys and their homogenous mixture. The technology involved ensures homogenous granules.. Protective gases are used to avoid oxidisation of the metal and to lengthen the crucibles working life. The size of te granule depends on the nozzle design, there are several nozzles available. The stainless steel chamber with water entry and exit connections and filter, allows the granules to be easily removed. |
